Victory Charter Schools is a tuition-free public charter school serving middle and high school students in grades 6-12 in Kissimmee, Osceola County, Florida. Victory Charter Schools is the DBA (doing business as) name of International School of Excellence Inc.

Our educational focus is based on scientifically researched instructional practices, combined with technology and taught by highly qualified instructors, to meet the needs of students with different learning styles and abilities. Classrooms are rigorous, interactive, and built around high-quality curriculum materials.

Beyond academics, character development and ethics instruction are strong components of our program, helping students become more confident individuals who are ready to succeed in an interconnected global community.
